How much does coffee catering cost in the Bay Area?
As a starting point, service begins at $800 for up to 100 guests over two hours. From there, every quote is built from four inputs: guest count, hours of service, the menu you choose, and the venue location. A 30-guest office breakfast and a 2,000-guest convention at Moscone Center are priced very differently, so a flat rate would serve neither host well. Complimentary biscotti, syrup flavors, decaf, and non-dairy milk are always included, never an upcharge, and food such as pastries or bagels can be added from our catering kitchen. Send Gary your date, estimated headcount, and venue, and he'll reply the same day with a clear written quote and a recommended setup.
How many guests can you serve?
From 30 guests to more than 2,000. The same team that pours for an intimate dinner party has served conventions at Moscone Center.
Do you serve indoors or outdoors?
Both. The compact, mobile Espresso Bar sets up inside almost any venue, and just as easily outdoors for gardens, vineyards, and open-air events.
Where do you travel?
San Francisco, the East Bay, Marin, Sonoma, Napa, and the South Bay. For events beyond the Bay Area, ask Gary, since Espresso Subito has catered across Northern California and beyond.
What drinks do you serve?
Espresso classics hot or iced, signature drinks like the Mexican Mocha and Nutella Latte, chai, matcha, hot chocolate, Italian sodas, and spirited coffees such as the Espresso Martini.

Do you offer decaf and non-dairy milk?
Yes. Regular and decaf coffee, and non-dairy milk options, are included at every event.
Can you serve espresso martinis and other spirited drinks?
Yes, where the venue allows. Espresso Martini, Irish Coffee, and other alcohol-infused specialty coffees are available on request.
What coffee do you use?
Moschetti Artisan Roaster exclusively, a family-owned, small-batch roastery in Vallejo that delivers within days of roasting.

What is The Dome?
The Dome is our Elektra Belle Époque, a copper-and-brass espresso machine hand-built in Italy and topped with Elektra's signature eagle. It is the centerpiece of the setup, and guests gather around it while the conversation starts on its own.
Can you brand the carts and cups with our logo?
Yes. We can brand the carts and cups so the experience feels like yours. Popular with corporate hosts and wedding welcome bars.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can, since popular wedding and holiday dates fill first. Send your date and Gary will confirm availability right away.
What does the setup need from the venue?
Not much. Gary walks through power and space requirements on the first call, and the compact Espresso Bar fits venues that can host a standard catering cart. Outdoors, the setup is self-sufficient.
